David has been an attorney here in the 7th Judicial District, which covers the Counties of Cayuga, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne and Yates, for the last 15 years. 

 

David has a strong record of public service, fairness, and serving with integrity.

 

He is a former Monroe County Assistant District Attorney, City of Rochester Law Department Attorney, N.Y.S. Family Court Support Magistrate, and private practice attorney.  

He currently serves as the Monroe County Conflict Defender Office's First Assistant where he helps manage the office as well as provide day to day legal representation to clients that have the most financial need.
